Commissioning me is not work for hire, and therefore I continue to own the copyright to anything that is commissioned of me. You must abide by my terms of service to continue working with me.
You must pay upfront.
I charge a $5-20 design fee if you do not provide a visual reference of the character.
You may not resell my art in any way, including NFTS.
You may not edit my art. If you need it edited, I can edit it for you. I may charge for large edits.
You may not remove or obscure the watermark in any way, except if I give you direct permission to do so in rare cases. (Ex. use in a video, use as a profile picture.) And in such cases, you must credit me as "ManedWolfa" in an easily accessible place such as a description or bio.
If you are going to profit off of my art in any way (including, but not limited to: use in a monetized video, use on a monetized website, use in a for-profit project), then you MUST disclose it to me beforehand. For any commercial use of my art, I will charge a 30-50% fee depending on the art and use in question.
NEVER use my art on merchandise unless we have discussed it and made a deal that I have explicitly agreed to.
I do not do refunds for completed or started work.
